Surveillance

We use every available method during our pre-surveillance investigation to ensure we have the most current and accurate information prior to sending an investigator out to conduct surveillance.  We conduct an in-depth background check including criminal history as well as using all available social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. Texas Rose Investigations tailors every investigation to the client’s specific needs and the claimant’s background in order to help ensure the best possible results.

We use the most up to date search engines to aid in locating the person or company you need to locate.

Statements

Texas Rose Investigations takes Spanish as well as English statements.  We are capable of taking them over the phone or face to face. 

Widow Benefits

We conduct a search for marriage licenses to see if the survior has married since the decease of their spouse.  We also believe it a good idea to conduct a few hours of surveillance each day.  A few hours in the morning and again in the evening to see if they have someone living with them.  Some cases consider common law the same as actually having that marriage certificate.
 

Check Delivery

We find it very effective to deliver a check to your injured worker by being a carrier for your company.  This allows us to see their surroundings, how they act and obtain any information regarding their activities.  We also take a picture of the injured worker holding the check which gives you a positive identification of the injured worker.

Background Checks

We conduct background investigations using several search engines which enables us to find out the most information on your claimant.  We also conduct courthouse and records searches in person when needed.
We suggest all employers conduct a pre employment investigation to let them know of the background of persons  they want to hire.
